- Current challenge: what you are trying to decide or fix.
- Desired timing: any dates that matter, such as a launch or approval.

- We read your message and reply to talk through your project.
- If it looks like a fit, we have a free introductory conversation.
- After that, we agree the scope together before any work begins.
